Mission

Working to unite people with diverse abilities and their family members to advocate in a grassroots effort, create awareness in the community and advise those who care for our members. Specializing in support services for people diagnosed with intellectual, developmental, and related disabilities. Our members span all of Nevada.

Every great organization takes time to reflect on the purpose for which it was created. A Team NV was created by our members for our members. Supporting people with diverse abilities in their goals through advocacy, awareness, and engagement is what we do. We develop relationships across Nevada and the country as we seek new and improved ways to engage with our peers and the greater community. Founded in 2015, the more than 600 Nevada members participate in chapter meetings, share their stories, and discuss new ways to improve and access our communities.
