Vocational Services – The Arc of Nevada assists adults and students with disabilities in obtaining meaningful employment that aligns with their goals for independence and economic self-sufficiency. We offer a variety of services, such as job seeking, community-based assessments, and in-classroom instruction, all aimed at promoting disability inclusion in the workforce. This program is officially recognized by the Department of Employment, Training, and Rehabilitation (DETR).
Self-Advocacy – It is essential for individuals with disabilities to develop the skills necessary to communicate their needs, make informed decisions, take responsibility for their choices, and understand their rights to ensure their voices are heard. The Arc of Nevada offers training for people with disabilities to master the art of self-advocacy, enabling them to ask questions and express their needs in various settings, such as classrooms, workplaces, or when engaging with legislators.

Jingle Bell Brunch – The holidays are a magical time. A time to gather with family & friends, visit with Santa, and open presents. The Arc of Nevada invites families with children who have a disability to join us for a morning of games, craft activities, family time, and a visit with Santa while enjoying a yummy brunch.
